1. Saturday nights with friends. Although I paid for it Sunday I had an amazing night hanging out with my friends at Amy’s apartment and then at a bar dancing. Too much gin was consumed, but it was worth it. We watched awful music videos, we shared inappropriate rules for life, and we danced. A great time.
2. Cauliflower mac and cheese. This is one of my all-time favorite recipes. It’s easy, although slightly time consuming, pretty healthy considering it’s mac and cheese, and really damn good. I made it Sunday night to have for the week and it was the perfect thing to eat as I recovered from a hard night of drinking.
3. Strawberries. Oh my god I cannot get enough of these delicious things. They’re in season here in NY right now and they are so sweet and flavorful. If they weren’t so expensive I would eat them morning noon and night!



Those strawberries look incredible! Aren’t they wonderful this time of year?! And sometimes, nights with too much gin are necessary =)
I seriously wish I could eat strawberries at every meal. But what I’m really waiting for are the sour cherries, my favorite!
